Following renovations in 2009, Cortijo El Carligto opened its doors to guests in 2010.
The property quickly gained the attention of the press and has already appeared twice in CondeNast Traveler (UK and Spain), The Sunday Times Travel (UK), Travel + Leisure (USA) and CNN.com. The latter two contain reviews of the special 'Cocina Nueva' break. Most recently El Carligto featured in The Wall Street Journal.
